Excellent security and felt secure in our room at all times. The room itself was tidy yet clearly only cleaned and not maintained by any regular maintenance. The room had extensive water damage, broken sections of the heater in the bathroom, the shower door would not close causing the bathroom floor to fill with water. The room was heated to 26° and we struggled to cool it down to 20° over our two night stay even by turning the heat off and using both fans to circulate the air. The vending machine was half empty and the ice machine room door was closed up, the heat in the room was to the point the chocolate bars were soft and melting. I would recommend this place solely due to it's reasonable price, Laundry available, quietness and the entrance security. system.

Interesting concept for a hotel. Digital check in. Great central location. Well maintained property.Neighboring club/bar can be pretty loud. Cameo provided adequate warning of this. Would have been nice if the hotel had arranged a deal with nearby parking lots/garages.

This is an incredible little hotel. The room we had was large, with two good bedrooms and a comfortable living room/kitchen. The kitchen was complete: over/stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and kpod machine along with good cook ware and dinner ware. We faced onto Barrington and the noise was the typical noises of a busy downtown. We spent seven nights and were only disrupted at all on Saturday night (unsurprisingly). It is close to many restaurants and bars, some excellent shopping, and the many museums and other sights are all within easy walking distance. We will stay there again for sure.

Location can’t be beat. I was in a strange position in that I had a studio my first night- cute views, lots of natural light and the noise didn’t bother me (the perils of staying anywhere downtown). The next three nights were in a 3 bedroom suite and it was really dark because the windows face brick walls. But the space was spotless, beds were so comfy (and my sister is picky!) and because of the great location we didnt hang around anyway! Only request would be a coffee maker (not instant) but there were great spots close by to snag a coffee too. Check in was easy. It wasn’t working through my phone very well for some reason but the consoles in the lobby made it very easy. And the luggage space with a couple complimentary locks helped immensely. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night in June. Excellent location near waterfront and lots of stores and restaurants. However, with being downtown there is definitely street noise as you're located on a busy street. Very nice little unit with lots of storage space and a fully stocked kitchenette with table and chairs, couch to watch TV and a comfy bed. However, the AC unit is very noisy. We switched it off while sleeping despite a very hot night and used pedestal fan that was provided instead. Worked fairly well. Check in and check out worked very well. Nearby public parking garage easily accessible and quite reasonable.

I came for 4 nights in mid Jan. 2026 and stayed in Suite 304. Communication prior to check in and for check in was personless but seamless: no problems of any sort. Room was spotless, queen bed very comfortable, you can control temperature, full kitchen with stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave (except for a coffee maker or instant coffee). GREAT location and pizza corner is half a block away. Many food and tourist options within walking distance. Netflix loaded on the TV and you can sign in with your own streaming services, charging port in the bedside lamp. Room signage said there would be instant coffee and tea available in room but there was only Earl Grey tea. I was dying for some coffee (instant or not) in the cold, rain weather and the cleaners gave me some from their personal supply on the 3rd day. Others have mentioned noise - I heard some on Thu. night because it was very mild and I had the windows open but did not hear anything on other nights. I found the lack of view a turn off so won't book this room next time. You can only see the bricked in courtyard and sky. See pics. Overall, buyer beware for possible noise and view but I was pretty happy, especially with the price (about $520 for 4 nights).

Great location, spacious unit. Large bathroom with all amenities. Disappointed the sofa wasn't a sofa bed. Great location walkable to restaurants, coffee, waterfront. So much more room that a hotel. Laundry on 3rd floor Had no fronts on the washers just the dryers worked. We did get to use the ones on the 5th. Downside- we also had issues as others have mentioned with the codes. Had to checkin 3 times before the code was transmitted to use to get in the building. Its also a bit noisy, from both the street traffic and the cleaning staff whose cleaning room was on the other side of my bedroom. Could hear them banging around in there early morning and chatting loudly in the halls.

Lovely place to stay! Super clean and modern. We really enjoyed the self check in process, as well as the access to luggage drop off before check in and after check out. As you really can’t check in before 4pm, this was extremely helpful. It’s clear from the reviews and the website that there is a bar downstairs that is pretty loud especially on Saturday nights, thankfully they supply you with earplugs. We were ready to go to bed but they seemed to be having so much fun that we just went down and joined them - you just have to be ready to embrace the fun!
